Asphalt Plant Operations Manager, Will provide full relocation to NJ or Metro NY City We're seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of an asphalt production facilities. This leadership role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality plant performance while leading teams, managing maintenance, controlling costs, and supporting production goals. Key Responsibilities Lead daily asphalt plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Manage production schedules, maintenance planning, and workforce assignments. Partner with Quality Control to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor operating costs, analyze performance metrics, and support budgeting and capital improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. Develop and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement and plant reliability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience. 8+ years of asphalt, aggregates, or heavy manufacturing experience. 5+ years in an operations leadership role. Strong knowledge of asphalt plant operations, preventive maintenance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance or ERP systems is a plus.
