Operations Manager

We're Hiring: OPERATIONS MANAGER

This is not a job for someone who is looking to just come in 5 days a week and punch a clock. We're looking for a high level Operations Manager to help lead and scale our commercial insurance brokerage. This is a critical leadership position that will play a major role in the future growth and success of our company. We're looking for someone who:

• Has commercial insurance experience
• Holds an active California P&C insurance license
• Is highly organized and detail oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is a strong communicator and team leader
• Takes ownership and solves problems without being asked
• Understands underwriting, service, operations, and client management
• Is committed to delivering a world class client experience
• Can help build systems, improve processes and lead a team

This role requires someone who is driven, accountable and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Some days will be easy. Some days will be demanding. That's the reality of helping build a great company. We're not looking for average.
