Registered Nurse - Surgical General CVOR

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical General CVOR to join our team in Lytle, Texas. In this role, you will provide expert perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular and general surgeries within the CVOR setting. Responsibilities Assessing patient condition pre-, intra-, and post-operatively to ensure safety and optimal outcomes. Preparing operating rooms and surgical equipment while maintaining strict sterile techniques. Monitoring patient vital signs, anesthesia levels, and surgical procedures to detect and respond to emergencies promptly. Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care. Documenting all patient care activities accurately and promptly in accordance with hospital policies. Skills and Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Texas. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular and general surgical procedures. Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
