Accounts Receivable Manager

Owning the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections function, the full-time AR & Collections Manager will manage the complete collections lifecycle, implement structured collection processes, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key responsibilities Manage the complete AR collections lifecycle, including invoice delivery, payment collection, and dispute resolution Design and implement structured collection processes and monitor team performance against collection goals Lead customer onboarding for AR, including credit reviews and payment method enrollment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; advanced degree or CPA certification preferred 7+ years of AR and collections experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a high-volume environment Proven track record of driving DSO reduction and improving collection rates in a SaaS or subscription business Experience with NetSuite AR module and familiarity with collections management software Strong analytical skills with a command of AR metrics and payment trend analysis
