The Quality Associate position will be directly involved in in-process inspection and final inspection of manufactured products, product received from outside suppliers as well as product manufactured onsite. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet strict military and/or customer specifications. If you have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to accuracy, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Perform in-process and final inspections of electrical connectors and componentsConduct receiving inspections on incoming materials and componentsReview, inspect, and support the disposition of returned and/or nonconforming materialsVerify compliance with applicable military and customer specificationsComplete and maintain inspection documentation and quality recordsUse measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes (training available)Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issuesSupport continuous improvement and corrective action initiativesMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent attendance and strong work ethicHigh attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and a team-oriented attitudeWillingness to learn inspection techniques and quality requirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Availability for overtime as neededPreferred (but not required): Previous experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, or military standards. Basic knowledge of measuring tools.
