Step onto the floor with a team that prizes craftsmanship and innovation. In your first week, you’ll get familiar with our fixtures, materials, and quality benchmarks, then begin producing clean, consistent joints using both GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) across a range of metals. You’ll partner closely with peers to interpret prints, fine-tune settings, and deliver work you’re proud to sign your name to.

What your day looks like

You’ll start by reviewing blueprints and specifications, planning your sequence of operations, and setting up your station. You’ll verify wire, filler, gas, and torch parameters, execute precise welds, and inspect your work against tight tolerances. When something’s off, you’ll diagnose root causes and adjust technique or setup—always with safety front of mind and your area organized and audit-ready.

Core responsibilities

• Produce high-quality welds using MIG and TIG processes on diverse materials to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements and sequencing.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain welding equipment and tooling; keep an orderly, clean workstation.
• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, appearance, and integrity; make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot, share best practices, and resolve welding challenges quickly.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, compliant environment.
• Engage in ongoing training to continue sharpening welding techniques and knowledge.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with both MIG and TIG welding, supported by a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) are a plus, not a requirement.
• Solid command of welding processes, materials, joint prep, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Resourceful problem solver who can work independently and thrive on a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks effectively.
