What You’ll Do: Dash In is redefining convenience with an innovative concept focused on high-quality food service and an elevated guest experience in a dynamic 24/7 retail environment. Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In. Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible. Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas. Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience. Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program) 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred) Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older Successful completion of background check and drug screening Ideal Candidates Will Also Have: Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software Benefits and Perks: For Part-Time Employees: 500 LIFE Balance Account: Dash In contributes annually for eligible healthcare expenses.
