Because you’re someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a: Continuous Improvement Manager Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify challenges, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Conduct assessments, workflow observations, process studies, and data analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Facilitate structured problem-solving activities including Voice of Customer sessions, focus groups, root cause analysis workshops, process mapping sessions, and cross-functional improvement workshops. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to evaluate current processes and develop improvement recommendations. Develop current state and future-state process maps, workflow documentation, standard work, and process improvement plans. Support in analysis of data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support design, development, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, dashboards, and performance measurement tools. Support the development of business cases, recommendations, and executive presentations that communicate findings, opportunities, and expected outcomes. Conduct benchmarking activities, best practice research, and industry trend analysis to identify innovative solutions and operational improvement opportunities. Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate potential solutions and support pilot design and testing activities. Monitor and evaluate initiative performance following implementation to validate results and identify additional improvement opportunities. Assist in developing sustainment plans, monitoring adoption, and identifying barriers to long-term success. Support Operational Excellence initiatives through project coordination, milestone tracking, action item management, and performance reporting. Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational leaders, center leadership teams, and corporate stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, presentations, workshops, and training sessions with leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization Develop communication materials, project updates, presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for Operational Excellence initiatives. Partner with deployment, operations, quality, training, and support teams to ensure solutions are practical, measurable, and aligned with business objectives. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, process improvement methodologies, and operational excellence best practices This Is What It Takes 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, project management, continuous improvement or related operational leadership Roles. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale operational improvement projects Experience supporting enterprise operational improvement or multi‑initiative transformation efforts preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to use a computer and other office equipment Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods Ability to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators (if applicable) Ability to travel up to 50% via airplane or vehicle Ability to use assistive devices if needed for mobility or communication Do Satisfying Work.
