In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting a variety of HR functions. You'll contribute to everything from day-to-day HR administrative tasks to larger initiatives that impact our employees' well-being and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Supporting HR tasks across areas like compensation and benefits, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and moredepending on global, regional, or local needs.
Assisting in the evaluation and rollout of new business programs and policies, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Potentially engaging in local labor discussions or contract negotiations, as needed.
Implementing HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with both company standards and local regulations.
Handling escalated HR issues, collaborating with various Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Shared Services teams.
Advising and coaching managers on employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and supporting conflict resolution while working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Human Rights teams.
Helping to manage our self-service HR processes and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree being a plus, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a solid understanding of local employment law and a broad range of HR practices, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR administration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Slovak.
