Tombras, an independent, 600+ person, full-service advertising agency is searching for an Associate Art Director to join our Creative Team. Tombras was recently named 2025 AdAge Agency of the year and 2024 AdAge Independent Agency of the Year. Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA. Relocation assistance may be provided. What you’ll be doing: Develop and art direct for social media, TV, radio and more Partner with a copywriter to execute your idea Responsible for ideating and concepting advertising for national, consumer brands Collaborate in a respectful team forward way with other creatives Receive and activate on feedback from Creative Directors Think outside the box What you bring: Desire to create award winning advertising with a team of highly motivated creatives A strong portfolio trumps experience & education nine times out of ten but it is a plus if you have 1-3 years of ad agency experience, related work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects experience is a plus An attitude of positivity and exploration You’re a culture junkie who loves a good idea Why you'll want to work at Tombras: Family - It comes first, on every list.
