Become a Key Player as a Product Support Coordinator B

You will support stockroom and shipping operations to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and material flow for the production areas. In this role you will work onsite as part of a logistics team, executing cycle counts, receiving, parts identification and shipping tasks to maintain production continuity and inventory accuracy. Your work directly impacts accounting accuracy, production schedules, and customer shipments.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Maintain and perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory within electronic systems
• Receive, inspect, identify and place incoming materials into proper stock locations
• Prepare parts and materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling and required documentation
• Prepare air bills, bills of lading and sales order forms; contact carriers as needed
• Select parts to fill orders and release/edit requisitions, addressing shortages
• Perform data input to update system records and verify documentation for accuracy
• Operate saw and moving equipment as required; load/unload trucks and move raw material
• Participate in department problem solving, lean events, and maintain 5S
• Observe safety rules and maintain a neat, FOD-free work area

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year related product support experience performing stockroom/shipping/receiving duties
• Ability to perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory within electronic systems
• Able to read and understand forms, specifications, and work instructions
• Proficiency with computers and data entry, including software packages and mainframe systems
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; able to work as a team player
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements of the role
• Specific vision abilities: ability to pass a visual acuity exam (far vision, near vision and color perception)

• Experience operating saw equipment and performing minor equipment repairs

Pay Range

$16.80 - $21.00/hour
