To enhance customer engagement and streamline processes, the full-time Go-To-Market Operations Specialist will manage cross-functional collaborations, oversee GTM strategies, and ensure efficient communication between departments, primarily in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize the Go-To-Market process and improve customer experience Implement and manage GTM strategies, including outreach, intent signal processing, and research initiatives Oversee the onboarding and evaluation of GTM tools and ensure compliance with departmental standards Required qualifications Experience in Go-To-Market operations or a related field Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes Proficiency in using CRM and GTM tools, particularly Salesforce Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for strategy improvement Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
