OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Vienna, WV by HMD Trucking
$1,505 - $2,175 per weekFull-time
HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Run OTR flatbed lanes from Vienna to all 48 states.
Responsibilities:
- Secure, tarp, and deliver flatbed freight safely
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and logs
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch
Driver Perks:
- Base pay at $0.70/mile + $0.10 performance bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Fleet equipped with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, rider seats
- Comprehensive benefits and scheduled home time
Required: Class A CDL and a minimum of 12 months OTR flatbed experience.
