Home Health Aide

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Pay: $26/hour + mileage reimbursement Location: Flexible assignments close to home in Rutland, Brandon, Pittsford, and other parts of Rutland County Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and per diem available. Weekends are priority

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
