Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Serving as a primary Sales Operations partner, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will work remotely to enhance forecast visibility, sales performance, and operational execution for a North America Business Unit by delivering analytics, coordinating sales operating cadence, and providing actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities Coordinate the Business Unit's recurring sales operating cadence, including forecasting and performance reviews Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Partner with cross-functional teams to align plans and ensure data quality in CRM systems Required qualifications Three or more years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and performance metrics Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with Salesforce for reporting and analysis Experience building dashboards using Tableau or similar business-intelligence platforms Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations
