Experienced HVAC Service Technician (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced HVAC ServiceTechnician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. [Pay is based on experience] * Installation & Repair: Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. * Troubleshooting: Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. * Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance to prevent system failures, such as cleaning ducts and calibrating thermostats. * Compliance & Safety: Adhering to safety regulations (OSHA) and EPA standards regarding refrigerant handling. * Customer Service: Explaining issues to customers and recommending maintenance. * Documentation: Keeping logs of work performed and parts used. Required Qualifications & Skills * Education: High school diploma/GED; completion of an HVAC program or apprenticeship is preferred. * Certification: EPA Universal certification is generally required for handling refrigerants. * Experience: 1-4+ years of experience in HVAC service or installation. * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. * Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
