Family law experience is strongly preferred. At the same time, we prepare thoroughly for court when that's what the client's circumstances require.You'll have responsibility for your cases and your clients, but you won't be expected to figure everything out alone.Our attorneys work in pods, creating built-in opportunities for collaboration, problem-solving, mentorship, and support. We use defined systems and expectations to help attorneys stay ahead of deadlines and case requirements rather than constantly operating in crisis mode.The goal isn't to eliminate the difficult parts of practicing law.
