Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs and provide relevant information about our offerings. Schedule appointments for our insurance agents to further discuss policies and provide quotes. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update client information in our database. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
