Job Description

RWJBarnabas Healths medical group is seeking a full-time robotically trained Urogynecologist to join our clinical team in Northern New Jersey with cases performed at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark.  As the largest integrated health care delivery system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package including health, life, disability and malpractice insurance, 401k/retirement, plus PTO and added time off for CME.   Applicants must be fellowship-trained, ideally Board-Certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery with training and experience in robotic surgery.  Both experienced physicians and new fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidate must either specialize in female pelvic medicine and be open to primary OB/GYN or be urology trained
• Ideal candidates must be open to advanced gynecology needs such as advanced gynecologic surgery

• Practice is extremely close in proximity to the hospital
• Opportunities for growth at the impending surgery center and the womens center
• Clinical team does not practice pap smears and does not conduct general exams 

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $310,000 to $515,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidates educational background, skills, and professional experience.
