- Perform fieldwork related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of ADS flow and rainfall monitoring equipment in sewer systems.
- Install and calibrate flow and level monitors and rainfall gauges in underground sewer systems.
- Collect and verify sewer flow, level, and rainfall data for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and field diagnostics for ADS instruments.
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring readiness for deployment.
- Perform confined space entries and act as a topside attendant; conduct non-entry vertical rescue operations when required.
- Set up traffic control work zones in high-traffic areas in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate field logs and documentation per ADS quality work instructions.
- Use fall protection systems while working at heights and climbing ladders.
- Participate in internal and external training programs; complete all required certifications.
- Travel as necessary and work overtime to meet operational needs.
- Foster a strong safety culture and uphold all ADS safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Completion of ADS Safety Certification (Level 2 or higher) and ADS Core Flow Monitoring modules post-hire.
- Confined space entry training (or willingness to obtain); capability to operate in confined underground environments for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity; capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Competence in using basic Windows-based applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be willing to travel and work in physically demanding environments, including sanitary sewer systems.
- Capable of setting up standard traffic control per safety requirements.
