Years of Experience: 12-20 YearsKey Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of conformance and carrier testing, including the ability to lead carrier testing projects and manage teams.
- Possess solid knowledge of 5G NR, LTE protocols, IMS, VoLTE, and legacy 3GPP2 networks.
- Understand AT&T processes and lab testing protocols.
- Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing tasks.
- Have hands-on experience with test simulators such as R&S, Anritsu, Spirent, and Keysight.
- Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferably have experience collaborating with automation teams.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when handling time-sensitive tasks.
- Work effectively within a team and display strong interpersonal skills.
- Approach testing tasks with a positive attitude.
- Be proficient in QXDM log analysis, STT, and the full TLC process.
- Communicate well and interact confidently with clients.
- Be familiar with GCF/PTCRB requirements.
- Manage testing projects efficiently.
- Effectively handle and resolve issues as they arise.
- Troubleshoot test failures, perform initial triage, and document clear reproduction steps to assist engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with Agile development teams to ensure solutions are user-focused, scalable, and operationally sound.
