Senior Loan Officer Location Nashville, TN. Remote work is not offered. This position will work out of a space private to BFI within a larger coworking facility in Nashville. Within the first 3 months, spend 2-3 weeks working out of BFI’s main Sioux Falls, SD office, then assume an annual trip to Sioux Falls, SD. Job Overview Focus on DSCR originations. You will be the front line, working with investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other sources. You must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial. BFI is a direct lender with a low-cost, flexible balance sheet. Your originations will be retained on the balance sheet through maturity or aggregated for eventual bulk sales. Institutional support will increase as you ramp up: initially support from closing personnel, and with moderate success underwriting, marketing, and IT resources may become available. Responsibilities Originate DSCR loans and maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the HubSpot CRM. Meet minimum origination targets and avoid meaningful client or loan-buyer issues.
