We are looking for a responsible, Title Agent/Closer to join our growing team. Responsibilities Act as a Licensed Title Agent & Closer, leading the title process from start to finish Manage all aspects of title documentation, review, and closings Serve as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures, HUDs, deeds, and related documentation Resolve title issues quickly in collaboration with our in-house team. Maintain proactive communication to ensure a smooth and timely closing. Ensure compliance and professionalism throughout the closing process Requirements 3+ years of experience in title insurance processing, closing, or marketing Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deals simultaneously Ability to work both independently and within a team Preferred: Notary License, Spanish language skills, and real estate background Associate's degree or equivalent education required #J-18808-Ljbffr
