Job Overview McDonald’s independent franchisee restaurant is seeking a Department Manager to oversee multiple departments and lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Responsibilities Lead shifts and manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Delegate tasks, set goals, follow up, and report results. Ensure Guest Service Department delivers a great experience, promotions run smoothly, and front counter organized. Ensure Kitchen Department delivers quality and safe food, controls food cost, and trains staff on production procedures. Ensure People Department hires qualified crew, trains and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes and motivates them. Qualifications Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. 18 years or older required for manager role. Benefits 5-10 days paid vacation.
