Registered Nurse – Home HealthShift hours can vary based on the needs of the home care office: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, or 9 AM to 6 PM. Alternating weekend shifts may be required.Assignment DetailsSkilled home visits will be approximately 6-8 per day.Requirements1 year of skilled home care experience required; private duty nursing experience is not accepted.Home health experience with OASIS training is necessary.IV skills and wound care experience required.General medical diagnoses including high-risk diagnoses such as heart failure, COPD, myocardial infarction, pneumonia, and stroke must be managed.Post-operative care experience preferred.Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for home visits.COVID vaccination or exemption form on file; flu shot or declination required, with mandatory mask-wearing while at work.Certifications: BCLS.ResponsibilitiesPerform cardiopulmonary assessments and basic wound care.Manage ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, and Pleurx/Aseptdrain care.Conduct foley catheter changes and care, staple/suture removal, glucometer use, and pro-time machine usage.Administer SQ/IM injections, perform lab draws (venipuncture), and provide IV care, including PICC line or Midline dressing changes.Ensure high-quality skilled home care services to patients.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance After 90 DaysAccrued PTOContinuing Education through TLC Academy & Relias TrainingReferral Bonus up to $1,000401(k) with MatchAccess to Purchase AflacEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Discounts on Travel and Retail through Employee Discount NetworkLife InsuranceTLC ShiftShield income protection for eligible travelers between assignmentsCompliance / NotesParking details will be provided.
