Role Description The Route Service Representative is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Muskegon, MI. This position is responsible for delivering and picking up uniforms, workwear, and facility service products along an assigned route, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service. Day‑to‑day tasks include loading and unloading products, verifying orders, maintaining inventory on the truck, and responding to customer requests or concerns. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, identifying additional service needs, promoting UniFirst products and services, and maintaining a clean, safe vehicle and work environment. The Route Service Representative works closely with the service and operations teams to meet service standards and support UniFirst’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Reliable route driving and delivery skills, including safe driving practices and basic navigation and time‑management abilities. Basic organizational and inventory handling skills, with attention to detail in order verification and product handling. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move uniforms and products throughout the workday, and to work on one’s feet as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in route service, delivery, or related customer‑facing roles is beneficial. Ability to work independently, follow company procedures, and maintain a clean, safety‑focused work environment.
