Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $48,000 - $54,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking several Mortgage Loan Originators to join our client's growing team in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are driven, coachable, and eager to build a rewarding career in mortgage lending. What You'll Do

• Consult with prospective borrowers to understand their financial goals and home financing needs
• Educate clients on available mortgage products and recommend appropriate loan solutions
• Generate and maintain relationships through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
• Collect and review financial documentation, including income verification, tax returns, credit reports, and banking information
• Analyze borrower qualifications and assess eligibility for loan programs
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process from initial inquiry through closing
• Maintain regular communication with borrowers regarding loan status, required documentation, and next steps
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure timely loan approvals and closings
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations
• Maintain accurate records within loan origination and CRM systems
• Participate in sales and business development activities to build your pipeline and expand your network
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan process

What We're Looking For

• Strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in mortgage lending, banking, finance, or sales is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the mortgage industry
