A good receptionist must check every visitor who comes to our office, and maintain visitor logs. He or she will need to handle a variety of tasks, such as faxing, taking and routing phone calls, sending mail, and most importantly greeting and assisting customers. A good job candidate must be professional and friendly, especially when dealing with clients. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences.
