Behavior TechnicianProud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Our BT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a center-based setting. This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years oldAny other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBAQualifications:Current/Active RBT CertificationAccess to reliable transportationMinimum of high school diploma or equivalentExperience working with children with ASD, preferred but not requiredDemonstrated ability to work with confidential informationAbility to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, problem-solving and organizational skillsSchedule: Monday - Friday (five days a week) 4pm--7pm or 9am-3pmComp: $23-26
