Therapist - Occupational Therapist

$1713.60/week -

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer OT treatments including ADLs and functional evaluations.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  
  
• 
  Comply with unit policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
  
  
• 
  Participate in weekend and on-call coverage as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab procedures and equipment.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work flexibly and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of OT experience.
  
  
• 
  Willingness to work weekends (minimum 2 weekends per 4 weeks).
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and patient interaction skills.
