Key Responsibilities of the RN - Float - Travel

• Conduct a holistic assessment of patients' physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs
• Identify and communicate pertinent abnormal data and changes in patients' conditions
• Establish individualized care plans through effective data collection and patient collaboration
• Implement evidence-based, quality care in accordance with hospital policies
• Provide continuous evaluation of nursing practice in relation to care plans and standards
• Engage in patient and family education in collaboration with the healthcare team

Requirements of the RN - Float - Travel

• Diploma of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Valid Ohio RN license or Compact
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Proven ability to provide age and culturally-specific care
• Excellent communication skills and confidentiality management
• Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse setting
