Room patients, enter medical histories, and medication information. Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures. Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Perform administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and patient follow-up. Answer patient questions and provide exceptional customer service. Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day in a fast-paced setting. Support providers and team members as needed to ensure efficient patient care. Assist with other clinical and office responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications

Previous Medical Assistant experience. Medical Assistant certification is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and pivot between responsibilities with ease. Comfortable working with older adults, including patients experiencing dementia or memory-related conditions. Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Reliable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Required Work Hours
