Position Overview The Patient Coordinator is a key patient‑facing and revenue‑support role responsible for delivering a seamless, elevated patient experience from first inquiry through post‑treatment follow‑up. This position blends patient care coordination, scheduling, sales support, and financial counseling. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Care Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients, by phone, and via digital communication Manage the full patient journey: inquiries, consultations, scheduling, follow‑ups, and retention Maintain an organized, efficient front desk and patient flow in a high‑end medical aesthetics setting Take advantage of our generous bonus opportunities.
