Nurse Practitioner

Role Description The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in an on-site setting located in North Miami Beach and Hollywood, FL. This full-time role includes conducting patient assessments, performing physical exams, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing appropriate treatments. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, provide patient education, and support preventive care and wellness initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include documenting encounters in the electronic medical record, coordinating referrals, and participating in quality improvement and practice operations. The role requires consistent professional communication, a strong patient-service orientation, and adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida and national board certification (e.g., FNP, ANP, or similar). Demonstrated clinical skills in primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Strong patient education and counseling abilities, with a focus on preventive care and wellness. Proficiency in electronic medical records, clinical documentation, and use of diagnostic tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for collaboration with clinicians, staff, and patients. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Experience in boutique or high-service healthcare settings, or in internal medicine, family practice, or women’s health, is preferred. Master’s degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited program; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
