Responsibilities

Client and Prospect Engagement: Build relationships with customers and engaged prospects from our in-agency telemarketers, understand their insurance requirements, and offer personalized guidance.
Sales Generation: Drive insurance sales by assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate policies, and closing deals effectively.
Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise in Allstate's insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing queries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Networking: Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to expand your client base and increase sales opportunities.

Requirements

Licensing: Active South Carolina Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is required.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a drive to succeed.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
