Internship Summary NinjaHoldings is seeking a self-motivated, intellectually curious Risk & Analytics Intern who is interested in the opportunity to grow and learn as part of a dynamic team at the heart of NinjaHoldings' strategic decision-making. Our internship program offers an opportunity to work on real projects that move the business forward while receiving hands-on professional development. When: May-August 2027 Location: Hybrid, downtown Chicago HQ (in-office 2x/week). Candidates must be local or able to relocate independently - relocation assistance is not provided. Schedule: 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities: Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to evaluate the performance of our products and understand the root causes of changes Establish funnel and loan performance metrics and develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and Python Conduct analysis using advanced data analytics to evaluate trends in funnel and loan performance and provide optimization strategy recommendations to improve metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement funnel or underwriting strategy changes, monitor releases, and perform impact analysis Analyze A/B testing data for funnel or underwriting optimization experiments, evaluate impact and provide recommendations Ideal Candidate Will Have: Current junior or incoming senior majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Experience with relational databases and SQL Data analysis experience with Python Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail Additional Pluses: Pursuing advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, analytics, quantitative, finance, engineering or other quantitative fields Experience with BI tools Potential path to full-time employment for high performing interns Fast-paced, high-energy work environment Real opportunity to make an immediate impact at a growth-stage company Build relationships with full-time employees from day one Convenient downtown Chicago office located in the heart of the city Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. #J-18808-Ljbffr NinjaHoldings
