Design Operations Analyst

Supporting global workflow deployment and process standardization, the remote contract Design Operations Analyst will manage system rollouts, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Support the deployment and rollout of global and regional workflow solutions impacting Design Operations Participate in or lead Process Integration Testing (PIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Day-in-the-Life (DITL) activities Identify opportunities for process improvement, service quality enhancements, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications Experience in business analysis, process analysis, operations, or IT-related roles Proven experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and workflow implementation Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and global teams Experience with process improvement and documentation Strong analytical skills related to workflow optimization
