You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children under your care. What You'll Be Working On : Care for children in their homes, typically an 8-hour day Nurture, engage, and prioritize the safety of the children while ensuring a fun and interactive experience Follow the schedule and rules set by parents Perform light household duties, related to tidying and cleaning up after the children What You’ll Need to Succeed : Must be 18 years or older Minimum of 1 weekday availability to work Related childcare experience Reliable transportation to travel up to 15 miles to reach families’ homes Authorized to work in the United States Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR / First Aid certification (reimbursement available) Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Exposure to sick children Supports diverse families and communities; seeks employees who are just as diverse.
