Sterling Heights, MI. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Third Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED when scheduled

Job Description of the Third Shift Supervisor: Oversee all day-to-day operations of CER personnel and quality control operations. Manage a positive customer relation with all corporate employees.

The ideal candidate selected for this position will:

• Must be willing to inspect parts as needed
• Check-in at the site on off shifts as needed
• Assist with new job set-up
• Coordinate and assess required training and team building
• Responsible for ensuring accountability and discipline
• Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team
• Communicate the overtime schedule to the work team
• Participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities (ex. 8D reports, department meetings, etc.)
• Prepare all incident reports to include identification of root cause and corrective action
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures (ex. Quality Policy Manual, Colleague Handbook)
• Responsible for ensuring the team has the necessary tools and materials to properly perform their roles safely and efficiently

Required skills needed of the Third Shift Supervisor :

• High School Diploma/GED required, college coursework preferred
• Must be willing to travel to local locations within the Metro Detroit area and/or surrounding counties
• Must have a minimum of ONE YEAR automotive quality supervisory experience
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must have Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven leadership ability
• Ability to read and write in English and perform mathematical calculations
