Inventory Counter / Auditor

Overview Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring inventory auditors to be counters for retail merchandise around the Charlestown, IN area. We offer career or part-time roles with opportunities for advancement. Position Inventory Counter / Auditor — Charlestown, IN Responsibilities Count retail merchandise across assigned locations. Count merchandise from shelves of varying heights; may involve standing on step stools, reaching, and bending as needed to access items. Enter data using a 10-key calculator (experience is a plus, not required). Travel to different cities within the district as scheduled. Requirements Available for first and/or third shifts; typical shifts last 5 to 7 hours. Reliable transportation to inventory sites within 30 miles of the district office. Must be 18 years of age or older. 10-key data entry experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay is $17.00+ per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are based on productivity. Higher pay for employees with additional responsibilities (Driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal drivers receive pay for time and mileage. Paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement; many managers began as inventory auditors. Paid transportation to inventory locations outside of a 30-mile radius of your designated district office. Additional hours are available for Team Leaders, drivers, and employees who count in pharmacies.
