Forklift Operator - Produce Warehouse

Location: Plant City, FL

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Sunday | Start Time: 7:00 AM

Hours: 15-18 hour shifts as needed

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in loading, unloading, and moving fresh produce while ensuring orders are handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and transport produce throughout the warehouse.
Stage, organize, and prepare shipments for delivery.
Load and unload trucks while minimizing product damage.
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

Previous forklift operating experience required.
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Comfortable working long shifts (15-18 hours) as business demands.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
