A law firm seeks a dedicated Commercial Attorney to join their Springfield, MA office. The role focuses on commercial financing and corporate transactions, involving drafting and reviewing financing documents, participating in loan transactions, and preparing commercial contracts.
Duties
- Draft and review institutional and conventional financing documents.
- Participate in commercial and conventional loan transactions.
- Prepare and review commercial contracts and transactional documents.
- Provide high‑level legal advice and business judgment.
Requirements
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; preference for those with relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professionalism and outstanding business judgment.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
Skills
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
