IT Support Specialist

Company Overview: A prestigious international law firm with over 900 lawyers across 12 offices worldwide is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. The role focuses on providing technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations within the firm. Job Responsibilities: Provide remote and deskside help desk support for all hardware and software Troubleshoot and research problems, escalating when necessary Create, escape, and close tickets on the Helpdesk ticketing platform Deliver white glove service and schedule appointments with end-users Support AV conference rooms and collaborate with the NY Telecom Team Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Assist the training team in delivering new hire and ongoing training Participate in US regional afterhours support rotation Travel as needed to assist other offices Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of experience in a client service driven help desk environment Experience with audio visual equipment and supporting AV Conference Rooms Familiarity with collaboration tools like Webex, Cisco Jabber, and BlueJeans Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems Experience with remote device support and IP telephony Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or IT-related vocational training preferred Compensation: Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr Landing Point
