Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in Lancaster, TX. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products, using hand and power tools, following work instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Responsibilities & Duties Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and policies Meet daily production goals and deadlines Report any defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors Package and prepare completed products for shipment Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use basic hand and power tools Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability Basic English communication skills preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
