About the Role:
As a Director of Nursing , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, providing clinical and administrative leadership to our nursing staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of care are met, and that our residents receive personalized, resident-centered care. Your expertise will also be essential in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our nursing team
Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and effective care
Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion throughout the organization
