Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Midshift (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department with 40+ beds and a 4:1 patient ratio
• Perform IV starts and phlebotomy as part of routine patient assessment and treatment
• Conduct cardiac monitoring and interpretation using unit equipment including cardiac monitors, EKGs, and Lifepak devices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including team leads, advanced paramedics, and support staff across shifts
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure emergency environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications
• Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
• Strong team collaboration skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-pressure or high-acuity emergency setting
• Background as an RN, Paramedic, or Emergency Department Technician prior to or alongside current role
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Outgoing, positive personality with the ability to perform well under pressure
