Data And Analytics Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data and Analytics Associate in New York with a hybrid work schedule. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise-level analytics, leading contract review processes, and overseeing project pipelines. The Data and Analytics Associate will play a critical role in supporting go-to-market strategy, enhancing the team's value proposition, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across Howden Markets US.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver enterprise-level analytics to support business decision-making and operational strategy
• Manage and oversee contract review processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Lead and maintain project pipelines, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution
• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies
• Contribute to building and refining the team's value proposition
• Identify and drive enhancements to tools, processes, and analytics capabilities
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of commission programs
• Partner cross-functionally to strengthen operational alignment across Howden Markets US
• Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis to support business growth

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience working with enterprise-level datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and processes
• Experience managing project pipelines and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Familiarity with contract review or operational governance processes is preferred
• Ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting go-to-market strategies or commercial initiatives is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive enhancements
• Proficiency in analytics tools, reporting platforms, or data visualization tools

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
