Product Manager, Agile/Scrum

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Over 2 years of experience in Digital or Technology Product Management
• Experience in steering product strategy, roadmap development, and execution delivery
• Proven track record in delivering digital products or integrated product platforms
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies; Agile certification is a plus
• Proficiency in product and delivery tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Define and articulate product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals
• Manage the comprehensive product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous enhancement
• Create and uphold a prioritized product roadmap reflecting customer needs and business value
• Gather and document product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to achieve successful product outcomes
• Ensure intuitive and seamless digital user experiences through feedback and data-driven insights
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover innovation opportunities
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user metrics to inform improvements
• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
