As part of our food and beverage team, our breakfast attendants play a vital role in starting our guests' days off right with a warm smile, an immaculate setup, and a delicious, energizing breakfast.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and energetic Breakfast Attendant to oversee our complimentary breakfast buffet. In this role, you will ensure our breakfast area is fully stocked, clean, and welcoming from setup through breakdown, providing exceptional hospitality to every guest who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Replenishment: Prepare, set up, and continuously monitor hot and cold breakfast items (such as eggs, meats, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, and juices) to ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
Guest Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items or local attractions, and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the breakfast hours.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a spotless, sanitary, and organized dining room and kitchen area. This includes wiping down tables, sweeping/mopping floors, emptying trash, and sanitizing food-contact surfaces regularly.
Inventory: Monitor food and supply inventory levels, reporting shortages or needs to management in a timely manner.
Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local health department, food safety, and OSHA guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but a positive, service-driven attitude is our top priority!
Availability: Must be able to work early morning shifts (typically starting as early as 5:00 AM or 5:30 AM), including weekends and holidays.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome.
