Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call requirements


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technician specializing in Operating Room assignments for a travel contract in Corpus Christi, TX. This role focuses on providing support during cardiovascular surgical procedures within a dynamic and high-acuity Operating Room environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR

• Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, valve repair and replacement, TAVR, and open-heart surgery
• Ensure the operating room is prepared and equipped with necessary instruments and equipment
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Participate in scheduled call rotation and provide on-call support as required
• Work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician - OR

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• CVOR/Open Heart Surgery scrub experience
• Familiarity with cardiac and vascular surgical procedures
• Ability to take call and respond within the required timeframe
